WreckBall is built for controlled destruction, not hidden data collection. This policy explains the current Google Play beta and the optional connected features on wreckball.us.

01 · SCOPE
This policy applies to the WreckBall Android app and the WreckBall website at wreckball.us. WreckBall is a VuNova product. In this policy, “WreckBall,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of those services.
The Android Play beta and the browser version do not currently expose the same features. The sections below make that distinction explicit so you can understand what happens in the version you use.
02 · GOOGLE PLAY BETA
The current Play beta stores gameplay progress, records, settings, loadouts and local Wreck Forge drafts on the device. It does not expose Wrecker ID accounts, cloud saves, public Wreckyard publishing, community interactions, global leaderboards or checkout.
The app loads game files from wreckball.us. Our hosting and security systems may process the IP address, request time, requested path, response status and technical user-agent information needed to deliver and protect the service.
The current Play beta does not include advertising SDKs or third-party analytics SDKs. If that changes, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration must be updated before the changed build is released.
Support is optional. If you send a support or deletion request from a linked public page, the information you enter is sent to our server as described below.
03 · OPTIONAL WEB FEATURES
You can play the browser version without creating an account. If you choose to create a Wrecker ID on the website, we process the login, display name, optional email address, authentication credentials and session information needed to operate the account.
A connected profile may contain cloud progress, settings, earned items, achievements, career statistics, scores, run records and Builder notifications. Public profile and leaderboard entries may display your chosen name and game results.
If you use Wreckyard or Wreck Forge community features, we process content and interactions you submit, such as published levels, comments, likes, favorites, follows and associated moderation records. Public submissions are visible to other users.
If an optional web purchase is offered and you choose to make one, the payment provider processes payment details. WreckBall may receive transaction, product and entitlement references needed to fulfill the purchase; we do not need your full payment-card number to grant an entitlement.
04 · SUPPORT AND DELETION REQUESTS
Our public forms ask for a name, a reply email address and a message. An account-deletion request also asks for the Wrecker ID you want us to locate. If you are already signed in on the web, the request may be linked to that account. The server also records basic request metadata such as IP address and user agent for security, abuse prevention and audit purposes.
Never send a password, two-factor code, recovery code or full payment-card number through a support form.
05 · PURPOSES AND SHARING
Deliver the game, maintain optional accounts and cloud state, publish requested community content, calculate records and respond to support.
Prevent abuse, investigate faults, enforce community rules, protect accounts and maintain security and audit records.
Use operational diagnostics and aggregate service information to understand errors, capacity and performance.
Keep or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce terms, protect users or respond to a valid legal request.
We may use service providers that host, secure or deliver WreckBall, and a payment provider only when you initiate a supported web purchase. They receive information only as needed for their role. We do not sell personal information to data brokers.
06 · RETENTION AND SECURITY
Local Play-beta data remains under the device and Android storage controls. You can remove active local data through Android app-storage controls or by uninstalling the app. A copy may remain in a device backup controlled by you or the operating-system provider.
Web account, community, support, security and transaction records are retained only while needed to provide the service, handle disputes, prevent abuse, keep required records and satisfy legal obligations. When deletion applies, information may be removed or de-identified. Backup copies leave circulation through normal backup replacement rather than being edited instantly.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
07 · YOUR CHOICES
Use the Android app-storage controls to clear local progress and settings. Uninstalling removes active app data from the device, subject to device backup settings.
Use our support form to ask about access or correction. Use the dedicated deletion form to request deletion of a Wrecker ID and associated cloud data.
Report unsafe or unlawful public content through Support. Include the level, Builder or comment identifier when possible, but do not repeat harmful content unnecessarily.
08 · AGE AND CHANGES
WreckBall is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review it.
We may update this policy as the product, law or data practices change. The effective date at the top will change when a revised policy is published. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate product or website notice.
QUESTIONS OR PRIVACY REQUESTS
Use the public support form for privacy questions or the account-deletion form for a deletion request. A human review may be required to verify ownership before account data is changed.
