Reconnect and retry
The Android beta loads the game from wreckball.us and needs a working connection. Reconnect, fully close the app, then open it again. Do not clear storage if you need the local progress currently on that device.

Quick fixes
Reduce effects
Open Settings and choose Low performance. Reduce particle density, bloom, motion blur and screen shake. The game may simplify decorative backgrounds when the frame rate falls.
Use landscape
Rotate to landscape, choose Touch or Tilt, and calibrate Tilt while holding the device in a comfortable neutral position. The ball launches only after you take control and deliberately release it.
Protect device data
The Play beta keeps progress locally. Clearing app storage or uninstalling may remove it. Account sync and cloud recovery are not included in this beta.
Identify the Wrecker ID
For browser-account help, include the login or display name and a reachable reply address. Never include the password or a two-factor code.
Point to the content
Include the level title, Builder name, comment or public profile involved and a concise reason. Do not copy harmful content unless the exact wording is necessary to understand the report.
GOOGLE PLAY BETA
Local-only distribution
The current Play build does not expose account registration, public Wreckyard publishing, comments, follows, global leaderboards or checkout. Those connected systems remain browser features while the Android compliance and reliability work is completed.
