These terms set the ground rules for using WreckBall, including optional website accounts, community levels and competitive records.

01 · AGREEMENT

Using WreckBall

By accessing or using WreckBall, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you publish a level or post a community interaction, you also agree to the Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use WreckBall. If you are not old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WreckBall for lawful entertainment under these terms. This does not transfer ownership of the game, code, art, audio, brand or service.

02 · GOOGLE PLAY BETA

A focused local build

The current Google Play beta provides local arcade play and requires an internet connection to load the service. It does not expose Wrecker ID registration, cloud saves, public Wreckyard publishing, community interactions, global leaderboards or checkout. Connected features described elsewhere in these terms apply only when they are available in the browser version.

03 · OPTIONAL WEB ACCOUNT

Wrecker ID

The website can be played without an account. If you create a Wrecker ID, provide accurate registration information, keep credentials confidential and notify Support if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share passwords, two-factor codes or recovery information.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account to the extent permitted by law. Usernames and display names must not impersonate another person, violate rights or evade moderation.

You may request account deletion through the public account-deletion page. We may require reasonable ownership verification before changing or deleting an account.

04 · BUILDERS AND WRECKERS

User-created content

YOU KEEP OWNERSHIP

Your work

You retain rights you already hold in levels, titles, descriptions and comments you submit. Only upload or publish material you have the right to use.

OPERATING LICENSE

Permission to host

You grant WreckBall a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and technically adapt submitted content as needed to operate, secure and promote WreckBall. This license ends when the content is removed, except for reasonable backups and uses already incorporated into shared promotional material.

PUBLIC BY DESIGN

What others see

Published levels, comments, profile names and related game statistics may be visible to other users. Do not publish confidential information or another person’s personal data.

We may reject, restrict, de-rank, remove or preserve content when reasonably needed to enforce these terms, investigate abuse, protect users or comply with law. Our Community Guidelines explain prohibited content and reporting.

05 · ACCEPTABLE USE

Do not wreck the service

Do not use WreckBall to break the law, harass people, exploit minors, publish hateful or sexually exploitative content, expose personal information, infringe intellectual-property rights, distribute malware or spam, impersonate others or evade enforcement.

Do not probe or bypass security, interfere with service availability, automate abusive traffic, reverse engineer protected service components except where law expressly permits it, or access another person’s account or data without authorization.

Do not fabricate competitive results, manipulate leaderboards, exploit a known scoring defect, modify requests or clients to gain an unfair advantage, or coordinate deceptive ranking activity. Security research must not put users, data or service availability at risk; report a finding through Support.

06 · RECORDS AND VIRTUAL ITEMS

Fair competition

Records

Scores and rankings may be provisional, corrected or removed when invalid, duplicated, technically corrupted or produced through unfair play.

Scrap and unlocks

Scrap, unlocks, cosmetics, contracts and similar virtual items are licensed game features. They have no cash value, are not legal tender and cannot be redeemed or transferred outside supported product features.

Purchases

The Play beta has no checkout. If optional web purchases become available, displayed terms and the payment provider’s checkout apply. Do not submit payment information through WreckBall support forms.

Cosmetic-first

WreckBall’s product rule is “Buy style. Not power.” Standardized competitive modes may override casual progression or loadouts to preserve comparable results.

07 · BETA AND AVAILABILITY

Things can change

WreckBall may add, change, suspend or discontinue features, rules, levels, balances and beta access. We aim to preserve legitimate progress, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or permanent access to a particular beta feature.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that it will always be error-free or that every user-created level is suitable for every player.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WreckBall and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

08 · ENFORCEMENT AND CHANGES

Keeping the arcade usable

We may warn, restrict content, limit features, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect WreckBall, its users or legal obligations. The response may consider severity, repetition, context and credible risk. You can ask for a review through Support.

We may update these terms as WreckBall changes. The effective date will identify the current version. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
